Plans are valid for residential and small office use only.
Commercial or bulk usage may require a custom plan.
Internet speeds are up to the mentioned Mbps, and may vary depending on:
Network congestion
Device limitations
Distance from the distribution point
Installation & Activation
No installation or security charges for yearly plans (limited-time offer).
Additional installation charges may apply for custom setups or non-standard premises.Plan Validity & UsagePlans are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of activation.
Unlimited Data refers to FUP-free usage unless specified.Privacy & SecurityCustomer data will be kept confidential and only used for service-related communication.
We follow all DOT and TRAI regulations.Cancellation & RefundOnce activated, plans are non-refundable.
In case of unavoidable disconnection from our end (infrastructure issues), refund may be processed on a prorated basis.
